Cavan is a passionate Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Certified Sleep Science Coach/ Breathe Coach, NASM certified personal trainer/ nutritional specialist with strong interest in optimizing body & mind performance.

After learning about his mom’s chronic diseases in 2017, he’s turned his attention to Integrative Medicine which provides the key to his mom’s conditions. Along the way, he realized that optimizing ones’ wholistic health (both body & mind) is the foundation to create sustainable long-term wellness, endearing relationships, and elevated productivity in career.

His company’s mission is to spread this message via on/offline workshops, 1-on-1 consultation, and social media engagement. The goal is to touch, move and inspire everyone to take on that wellness journey on their own.

Dr Yap also holds a Bachelors in Exercise Science (Canada) and continued with post graduate studies in chiropractic Clinical Orthopaedics of the Extremities, Ergonomics and Whiplash Trauma certifications.

He currently practices at Atlas Chiropractic Clinic and integrates chiropractic treatment for spinal and joint injuries with exercise rehabilitation. Dr Yap is the past president of The Chiropractic Association (Singapore) and the past Asian councillor to the World Federation of Chiropractic.
